For the general public who visits the SOLSTICE website, SOLSTICE collects:

  2. Your IP address, approximate geographic location, operating system and other technical details about your computing device

  3. Personal information that you may supply via an online form is addressed with SOLSTICE's Services Privacy Policy.

 Sources of online information

Information is collected directly from our website software based on your website browsing. We also collect data from Google Adwords.

 Business use of Personal Data

The Solstice website and software applications are used to promote Solstice's business and to deliver customer support to SOLSTICE customers, and nothing further.

 3rd Party Disclosure

SOLSTICE does not sell or otherwise disclose your personal or business information to any 3rd parties.

 Data Retention

We retain a User’s personal information held in Client accounts for as long as the Clients have active agreements with SOLSTICE. After termination of an agreement and the applicable data retention period, we securely delete and destroy the personal information associated with the Client account. We may retain certain Customer information for lawfully required business record keeping purposes, however this does not include User information.

 Changes to the Policy

SOLSTICE reviews and updates its Privacy Policy regularly and places any updates on this webpage. The most recent change date is shown at the top of this web page.

SOLSTICE is subject to international, national, and state/provincial regulations. These include the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), U.S. state laws including the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA), and other regulations.
